Right of return
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your rims. If this isn't the case, please contact us, and we'll find a solution together. For returns, rims must be returned unassembled, undamaged, and, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories (e.g., hub caps, screws). We can only accept returns of customized or specially finished rims if they contain defects or errors on our part.
Shipment
We will ship your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with shipping details and, if available, tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address, product availability, and shipping company processing. Please inspect shipments upon delivery; note any visible transport damage directly to the delivery person and notify us immediately.
Production
Our rims are made from precisely selected materials:
- Rim rings: aluminum alloy 7116-T6
- Hubs: aluminum alloy 6082-T6
- Spokes: stainless steel 304 (AISI 304)
- Rim nipples: aluminum 7075
We work with specialized manufacturing partners and test each batch for dimensional accuracy, strength, and surface quality to ensure you receive long-lasting and reliable products.
